Flexible Metal Hose Assemblies

CRANE Cryogenics provides a wide variety of flexible metal hose assemblies to meet the most demanding applications for commercial and industrial service. Our on-site engineering and design team can design technical systems and assemblies. Products may be tested via pre-fabrication stress analysis, in-process non-destructive examination, post-fabrication proof pressure testing, and mass spectrometer helium leak testing.

All welding is completed in accordance with qualified ASME/AWS procedures. Post-fabrication cleaning can be performed to various levels, including high purity, cryogenic, vacuum, and oxygen service.

Technical details

Hose	321 SST Standard
	We manufacture stainless steel flexible metal hose assemblies in sizes from ¼” ID (6mm) to 12” ID (305mm). Extra flexible hose assemblies are available for small bend radius applications.
Braid	304 SST Standard
	Flex hose assemblies are available with or without stainless steel wire braid. Multiple layers of braid are available to increase pressure rating, as well as custom braid parameters to meet client specifications.
End Connections	Standard end connections include pipe threads, SAE/JIC flares, ASME flanges, compressions, tube/pipe stubs, vacuum KF/CF flanges, groove end fittings, swivel ends, sanitary flanges, cam-lock ends, and CGA fittings.
