CryoWorks

Rigid Vacuum Insulated Piping

CryoWorks’ Rigid Vacuum Insulated Pipe (RVIP) systems feature durable stainless steel inner and outer pipes designed to transport cryogenic fluids efficiently. The unique vacuum space between the pipes minimizes heat transfer and reduces boil-off gas. Available in commercial sizes from ½” to 24” NPS, these systems include various end connections such as bayonets, welded joints, and flanges. Custom options like integrated flex sections are also offered to accommodate thermal expansion and system flexibility.

Key Features And Benefits

  • Ideal for LN2 and other cryogenic applications.
  • Integrated flex sections added for system offsets, thermal expansion, expansion loops, and as flexible take-offs to equipment drops and use points.
  • Easy to install – the lightweight, compact jacket size makes even the toughest installations easy.
  • Extremely long-lasting and impervious to UV degradation.
